SAMSUNG LAWYER: Moving on, Your Honor, we would like to introduce new evidence to the court. Evidence that will prove that Samsung was considering designs that were similar to our current designs months before Apple ever revealed their products to the public.
BINKY (STEVE): We object, Your Honor. Strenuously.
SAMSUNG LAWYER: What is it this time?
BINKY (STEVE): The evidence might prejudice the jury against our case.
JUDGE: Hmmm. You have a point.
SAMSUNG LAWYER: What? No he doesn’t! Evidence is supposed to influence the jury! That’s what evidence is for!
BINKY (STEVE): Your Honor, we think Samsung should be forced to withdraw ALL its evidence for pretty much the same reason.
