CUSTOMER: What do you mean, it doesn’t have a merge function?
ALEX: Well, we did extensive testing, and we found out that none of our users wanted a merge function. So we didn’t put one in.
CUSTOMER: *flip flip flip* But it’s right here in the manual.
ALEX: We don’t have a manual.
